Puffling are a purpose-led start-up – an online recruitment platform here to change the future of work. The platform lists flexible roles and offers a unique online ‘matchmaker’ approach to job share, based on aligned values, skills and career chemistry in their partnership, offering big benefits to businesses.

THE SOLUTION

With an existing wordmark, we tweaked this and built out a new identity system and website. The Puffling brand is approachable, flexible and optimistic, like the Puffling platform itself and the new business landscape it’s championing. Through a bold and diverse brand language, including a multifaceted, handcrafted illustration style, Puffling positions itself as an inclusive and exciting alternative for people seeking flexible work, and businesses seeking to be on the frontlines of a diverse and inclusive society.
